Discovering Buddhism in our Daily Life
Dear All,
You may think Buddhism is only for scholars or scientists who engage in research. Or you may think Buddhism is just a religion. While many people are familiar with Buddhist courses they still don’t know how to incorporate Buddhism into their daily life – Buddhism is life, life is Buddhism.
For example, you may know it is better not to get angry when you meet a person who is enemy or you hear foul language; you may know you can’t be too sad when you lose your family, best friends or something you really like, however you still can’t stop your tears.
You may admire someone’s success in job, a friend’s relationship or family. You may think you know the answers to achieving a successful life however your life is still unsuccessful. Why?
You may be a Buddhist and have experience of many Buddhist teaching courses, however you still find it difficult to incorporate Buddhist practices in to your everyday life.
We have designed these courses, which will be taught by the great Tibetan Master- Gangri Karma Rinpoche, from different standpoints to uncover the true meaning of Buddhism. Some courses will lead to a deep understanding of Buddhism, some courses will allow Buddhism to be integrated in to your daily life, while other courses will lead to a complete understanding of Buddhist practices and facilitate such an achievement.
Please take time to contact us soon if you are interested in these courses and please visit the course page on the website (www.buddhistmeditation.org.uk) for more details. Thanks!
